Goods remain the property of The Tangier Bureau until paid in full.

CURRENCY

The Tangier Bureau ships globally and if you would like to acquire a list of prices per item in your currency of choice please contact us.

All prices listed on The Tangier Bureau are in Australian Dollars AUD.

MATERIALS

All items by The Tangier Bureau are woven from 100% pure cotton.  Unless stated (some products are listed Dry Clean only) cold machine wash is recommended.  Slight shrinking may occur.  Please consider this when selecting your items. Textile dye lots may vary to agreed samples. Where items are made by hand, such as bedspreads and cushions, please allow for discrepancy in approximated sizes. All items specified by The Tangier Bureau are hand made and may have slight flaws or imperfections. In our opinion, this is part of their charm and value, as pieces with a unique story. We endeavour to make our clients aware of any imperfections.

PAYMENT METHOD

The Tangier Bureau accepts payment via electronic funds transfer to our nominated bank account through Stripe. Products are not secured until full payment has been made. Production will not commence until the payment in full is received.

NON-PAYMENT

The Tangier Bureau reserves the right to cease work in the instance of non-payment of invoices and fees. This includes but is not limited to invoices from The Tangier Bureau, our suppliers, trades, delivery companies and contractors. No refund of money, return of product or completion of production will take place.

ESTIMATED TIME FRAMES

Production can take up to six weeks. Shipping with DHL express can take up to 10 working days.

Whilst we aim to meet production time frame estimates, delays can occur which are out of our control. Where delays occur we will notify you immediately. Estimated arrivals are determined from when payment is made. The Tangier Bureau is not required to pay for delivery or alternative arrangements in the event of delays.

NB:  With the ongoing COVID19 health pandemic impacting freight worldwide, minor delays in production and delivery timeframes may occur. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The Tangier Bureau is not required to provide a refund or replacement upon change of mind about a product. Please note: Due to all products being sourced on the ground, or made by hand in Morocco, you will need to take extra care when selecting your items, and full payment is required prior to commencement of production.  Returns are logistically not possible, and The Tangier Bureau is not obligated to handle returns or refunds.

DAMAGES & REPAIRS

The Tangier Bureau checks all products prior to shipping to ensure the quality of each piece. Should an item be delivered to you with damages, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will require information and images of the damage and will endeavour to repair or replace the item in a reasonable timeframe. Any damage or wear and tear occurring after this 24-hour period is not the responsibility of The Tangier Bureau.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

All items are shipped by DHL express.

All orders will incur a flat rate of $50AUD to cover shipping with DHL express.

For wholesale or larger bespoke and custom orders a seperate invoice will be issued upon receipt of goods.

Insurance on delivery is included in the overall price on all items.  

The Tangier Bureau is not responsible for any additional taxes and duties associated upon receipt.

MARKETING

The Tangier Bureau reserve’s the right to photograph and publish (on social media, website or other medium) images of products, schemes, and interiors produced or supplied by The Tangier Bureau. Client information will always be kept confidential unless previously requested.

DISCLAIMER

Neither The Tangier Bureau, nor its employees, agents or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, related to the use of our product, website or any other website linked to it. This limitation applies to direct, indirect consequential, special and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits and business interruptions, The Tangier Bureau reserves the right to update the terms and conditions set out herein without notice.
